Sales Executive – Market Expansion

About the role

As a Sales Executive – Market Expansion, you’ll be at the forefront of BRKZ’s growth in Saudi Arabia, building strong relationships with contractors, builders, and suppliers across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage contractors, builders, and suppliers across Riyadh.
• Generate qualified leads and build a localized sales pipeline.
• Educate prospects on BRKZ’s platform and its procurement benefits.
• Meet monthly sales targets and close deals that drive measurable growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and delivery execution.
• Hand over newly closed accounts to the Success team for long‑term relationship management.
• Share market insights and customer feedback to shape expansion strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or field marketing (construction experience a plus).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, energetic, and comfortable working independently in the field.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience with CRM tools and basic reporting.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
