About the role

Basamh Group is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive food product sales within the HoReCa segment across the North Region. You will be responsible for building lasting relationships with hotels, restaurants and cafés while achieving defined revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential HoReCa clients, presenting the company’s food portfolio.
  • Conduct regular visits to maintain relationships and understand evolving client needs.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets by developing and converting new business opportunities.
  • Provide product knowledge and consultation to help clients select appropriate items.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (supply chain, finance, logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Manage customer accounts, including order follow‑ups, issue resolution and after‑sales support.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, reporting insights to the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, orders and customer interactions using CRM systems.
  • Support promotional campaigns and product launches by communicating value propositions.

Required profile

  • Proven experience selling food products to hotels, restaurants or cafés.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong relationship‑building and communication abilities.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with CRM systems for tracking sales activities.
