Sales Manager – Coffee Roastery

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the commercial activities of a coffee roastery in Riyadh. The role focuses on expanding B2B sales, building relationships with cafés, hotels, restaurants, retailers and corporate clients, and driving revenue growth in the Saudi coffee market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Identify, acquire and nurture new B2B customers and business opportunities.
• Manage key accounts, maintain long‑term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Promote coffee beans, roasted coffee and related products to various channels.
• Lead sales negotiations, prepare proposals, set pricing and close deals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and provide regular sales reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in coffee roastery, coffee, F&B or FMCG sectors.
• Strong network and established connections within the Saudi market.
• Proven track record in B2B sales and business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
