Clinical Consultant, Acute Care Informatics (META Region)

About the role

Philips is looking for a Clinical Consultant for its Acute Care Informatics (ACI) business in the META region. You will drive growth of ACI solutions, help prospective customers understand the value of the products, and spread product knowledge to account owners and channel partners. The role is field-based, usually at customers' or suppliers' sites.

Key responsibilities

• Provide product expertise throughout the sales cycle and support Sales Specialists in winning prospective ACI opportunities.
• Deliver product demonstrations and advise customers on optimal product configuration.
• Partner with non-ACI sellers on co-selling opportunities and educate channel partners on the value proposition.
• Run training sessions and workshops for healthcare professionals and promote best practices in clinical settings.
• Support initiatives that optimise clinical workflows and operational efficiency.
• Translate ACI business unit strategy into field objectives and support the order funnel to meet targets.
• Maintain seller best practices, including Salesforce usage and hygiene, for reporting and forecasting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Nursing background in acute environments such as ICU, ED or OT.
• Prior experience in healthcare IT, supporting customers during the sales process.
• Track record of building strong customer relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite.
• Ability to explain the value of technical software and medical products to different customer profiles.
• Willingness to travel.

Required skills

• Knowledge of clinical decision support tools, ICU protocols, bundles and scores.
• Familiarity with ICU data aggregation, dashboards, reporting and device integration platforms.
• Salesforce (CRM).
• Preferred: Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP).
• Preferred skills: regulatory compliance, data analysis, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, training delivery, technical documentation, presentations, market research.
