About the role
Revvity is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead its channel and distribution strategy across the GCC and Middle East (excluding Turkey). The role focuses on building and managing relationships with distributors, system integrators and end‑user labs to drive sales of diagnostics, life‑science instruments and automation solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive channel/partner strategy for the region, covering distributors, system integrators, labs, imaging facilities and biopharma sites.
- Recruit, qualify and manage new and existing distributors, setting commercial terms, quotas, training programmes and incentive schemes.
- Drive sales of reproductive‑health diagnostic kits, life‑science instruments, automation platforms, infectious‑disease assays and imaging systems through indirect channels.
- Oversee distributor performance including pipeline forecasting, margin management, inventory control and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with product line managers, marketing, technical service and regulatory teams to support product launches, regulatory clearance and after‑sales support.
- Maintain deep knowledge of the KSA market, major labs, healthcare networks and procurement cycles.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends, providing insights to global management.
- Represent Revvity at partner conferences, trade shows and distributor meetings, traveling 30‑40% across the region.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering or equivalent; MBA or MSc is a plus.
- 8‑12 years of sales or channel management experience in diagnostics, life‑sciences or automation, with a proven record in the GCC, especially Saudi Arabia.
- Demonstrated success managing distributor ecosystems, achieving sales targets through indirect models.
- Strong operational understanding of automation, high‑content screening, imaging systems, animal imaging or instrumentation.
- Extensive network and deep knowledge of GCC regulatory frameworks, logistics and importation processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and joint‑business‑plan development skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency strongly preferred.
- Willingness to travel regionally and strong analytical abilities for forecasting and margin discipline.
