Sales Manager - Housing & Constructions

About the role

The Sales Manager will support sales operations for housing and construction projects, coordinating program allocation, implementing sales plans, and delivering performance reports. The role also analyses client feedback to strengthen relationships and drive product improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate work‑program allocation and manage sales‑plan execution.
• Prepare and present regular sales performance reports.
• Analyse customer feedback to identify service and product enhancements.
• Collaborate with B2B performance teams for weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews.
• Support product launches, marketing campaigns and discount reviews to ensure profitability.
• Enable sales agents to meet targets and promote team collaboration.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in sales support or account management, preferably in ICT construction or contracting.
• Saudi or non‑Saudi candidates accepted.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
• Sales Management certification.
• Managerial band level.

• Knowledge of sales principles and contract management practices.
• Understanding of risk‑management guidelines.
• Strong analytical, communication and planning abilities.
