Sales Manager I

About the role

The Sales Manager I is responsible for proactively generating and managing sales opportunities for our hotel in the Central Area District of Al‑Munawarah, Saudi Arabia. The role ensures smooth hand‑over of business to the Event Management team and supports the achievement of personal and location revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term, value‑based relationships with existing and new customers through sales calls, entertainment events, FAM trips and trade shows.
• Coordinate with off‑property sales channels to avoid duplication and maximize booking opportunities.
• Participate in sales calls, prepare proposals, draft contracts and manage customer correspondence throughout the sales cycle.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity and target customer information to identify new business and close optimal opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in line with company standards to drive loyalty and increase account share.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field with at least 3 years of sales/marketing experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to achieve personal sales goals and contribute to overall location revenue.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
