About the role
Nashid is launching its workforce identity platform in Saudi Arabia and needs a driven Sales Manager to establish the company’s presence on the ground. You will be the first point of contact for Saudi clients, building relationships with project owners, contractors and industrial operators across the Kingdom.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, qualify and close new enterprise opportunities in construction, oil & gas, energy and infrastructure.
- Develop and nurture relationships with HSE managers, operations leads and procurement decision‑makers.
- Lead discovery calls, deliver platform demonstrations and prepare pilot proposals.
- Collaborate with the founding team on deal structuring, pricing and negotiations.
- Represent Nashid at industry events, contractor forums and relevant networks.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in the CRM.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in Saudi Arabia with a proven record of closing enterprise deals.
- Strong network across industrial sectors such as construction, oil & gas, energy or infrastructure.
- Experience selling SaaS, technology or compliance solutions to operations or HSE stakeholders is preferred.
- Commercially sharp, comfortable navigating long sales cycles and complex procurement processes.
- Self‑starter able to work independently and build a market from scratch.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
