About the role

Lead the branch sales operations for Altaaqa Alternative Solutions, driving revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction while coaching a high‑performing sales team.

Key responsibilities

Achieve and exceed annual budget and sales targets.
Monitor daily sales activities and KPIs to maximise productivity.
Recommend fleet additions and recruit or upgrade sales personnel based on market demand.
Conduct professional negotiations with prospective customers and develop new business opportunities.
Provide training, mentoring and performance assessments for sales staff.
Prepare and present sales, revenue and expense reports to management.
Identify emerging markets, market shifts and strategic growth initiatives.

Required profile

University degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum five years of sales experience, preferably with technical or equipment sales.
Strong finance understanding and ability to analyse financial reports.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
