About the role

The company is a real estate development firm in Saudi Arabia seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue from its head office. The role will own the full sales cycle for both individual and corporate client groups, turning project inventory into signed contracts and collected revenue.

Key responsibilities

Build and deliver the annual sales plan by project, unit type and client segment, set targets and track performance.
Drive sales of residential units to end‑users and investors through walk‑ins, digital leads, referrals, exhibitions and events.
Identify and win corporate and institutional clients for bulk purchases, employee housing, leasing and long‑term agreements.
Recruit, train and manage the sales team, set individual targets and conduct regular pipeline reviews.
Ensure all leads, activities and deals are accurately logged in the CRM and report pipeline, conversion rates and forecasts to management.
Coordinate with finance, marketing and compliance to align pricing, payment plans and adhere to REGA regulations.
