Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will identify and qualify prospects, build and manage a pipeline of SMEs, institutional partners and ecosystem stakeholders, and lead the full sales cycle from outreach through contract negotiation and closing. The role works closely with product, operations and marketing teams to refine value propositions, tailor demos and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospects and build a pipeline of SMEs, institutional partners and ecosystem stakeholders.
• Lead the full sales cycle from outreach through contract negotiation and closing.
• Collaborate with product, operations and marketing teams to refine value propositions and tailor demos.
• Conduct sales meetings and presentations, prepare proposals and track performance metrics.
• Provide market feedback, shape sales processes and contribute to go‑to‑market strategies.
• Represent Maalexi at virtual and in‑person industry events.

Required profile

• Strong network and experience in the agrifood industry in the Jeddah market.
• Proven B2B sales, business development or account management experience, preferably in fintech, commodities, supply chain or enterprise SaaS.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a remote environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or economics.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Experience using sales analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with digital collaboration platforms.
