Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager leads DADCO's commercial growth strategy, driving revenue and expanding market share across the Kingdom for waterproofing, thermal insulation, bitumen, asphalt, geotextiles and building materials.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term sales strategies, budgets and forecasts to exceed revenue targets.
• Manage sales across multiple regions, allocate resources, conduct field visits and ensure consistent pricing and service quality.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, consultants and distributors; lead negotiations, tenders and pricing strategies.
• Lead, coach and monitor the field and inside sales teams, set KPIs and drive performance.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory changes and provide insights to R&D and executive management.
• Coordinate with Finance for credit compliance and collections; submit regular sales reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field.
• 6‑10 years sales experience in building materials or waterproofing in Saudi Arabia, with 3‑5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong network with contractors, consultants and developers across the Kingdom.
• Valid Saudi driving licence and willingness to travel frequently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems and Odoo.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
