Sales Manager – Pharmaceuticals & Medical Devices

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Sales Manager to lead our pharmaceutical and medical‑device business in Riyadh. You will be the primary point of contact for private hospitals, expanding our footprint and guiding a high‑performing sales team to meet ambitious targets.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with private hospitals to drive sales growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Supervise, coach and assign tasks to the sales team while monitoring performance.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market opportunities, and account status.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely order fulfillment.

Required profile

• Proven network with private hospitals in Riyadh (must have).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical‑device sales.
• Strong negotiation, relationship‑building, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Experience managing or coaching a sales team is a plus.
• Industry experience in medical/pharmaceutical sales is preferred.
