Sales Manager – Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Sales Manager to lead our real‑estate sales division in Riyadh. The role involves overseeing daily sales operations, motivating a high‑performing team, and delivering aggressive revenue targets while building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage a team of at least five sales agents, fostering a collaborative, goal‑oriented culture.
• Set, monitor and follow up on daily sales activities, KPIs, pipeline progress and outreach metrics to ensure consistent productivity.
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives to capture market share and meet regional targets.
• Engage directly with prospective clients and strategic partners, leading contract negotiations for high‑value real‑estate deals.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and management to streamline the customer journey and optimise conversion funnels.
• Track market trends, analyse sales data and report performance metrics and forecasts to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of total sales experience, including at least two years in a managerial role; real‑estate experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of leading a sales team of at least five agents and driving daily operational workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation, customer‑relationship management and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive, multitask and deliver results in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
