Sales Manager - Saudi National

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group, one of the world's largest hotel groups with ten brands and more than 1,500 hotels, is looking for a Sales Manager in Riyadh. The role leads the sales team and drives event bookings by building client relationships, negotiating contracts and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients to generate leads and increase event bookings.
• Build strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service.
• Conduct site inspections and present proposals showcasing event facilities.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms for favourable agreements.
• Collaborate with internal departments for seamless event execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records in the hotel's CRM system.
• Monitor and achieve monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in hospitality or meetings and events.
• Strong sales acumen, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client relationship building.
• Effective negotiation and contract management skills.
• Results-driven, able to excel independently and within a team.
• Knowledge of the local meetings and events market and its trends.
