Sales & Marketing Director

About the role

Accor Plus is looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Director to lead its IBIS Alhedeya property in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. You will shape and execute strategies that drive revenue growth and strengthen the brand’s market position.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead, coach and motivate a high‑performing sales and marketing team to meet targets and KPIs.
• Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities, trends and competitive insights.
• Design and manage multi‑channel marketing campaigns, including digital platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders.
• Analyse sales and marketing data to optimise performance, ROI and budget allocation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and superior customer experience.
• Prepare regular performance reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, with a track record of achieving targets.
• Strong leadership and team‑development capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian market and cultural nuances.
