About the role
The Sales Officer will represent Rihal Souvenirs by promoting our unique products, sharing their stories, and driving sales both to individual customers and bulk buyers. This position is based in one of our Medina branches and focuses on creating a compelling brand experience.
Key responsibilities
- Showcase products and explain their features and narratives to customers.
- Sell items through direct interaction, encouraging both single and bulk purchases.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability.
- Engage with customers to build lasting relationships.
- Support additional marketing and sales activities as needed.
Required profile
- Excellent speaking and communication abilities.
- Strong storytelling skills to convey product heritage.
- Proficiency in English.
