Sales Representative – General Orthopedic & Trauma (Qassim)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to promote and sell our General Orthopedic and Trauma product range in the Qassim region. You will act as the face of AMICO, building strong relationships with surgeons, clinicians and healthcare facilities to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse customer preferences, market potential and competitor actions, and communicate findings to management.
• Develop accurate sales forecasts and action plans aligned with company strategy.
• Represent AMICO to surgeons and healthcare professionals, presenting product benefits and closing sales.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, maintain existing accounts and follow up on orders and collections.
• Participate in conferences, workshops and promotional events within the territory.
• Provide in‑service technical support, including equipment installation, start‑up, utilisation and maintenance.
• Report regularly on sales performance, customer feedback and competitive activity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in medical device or orthopedic sales; recent graduates with strong selling drive are welcome.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Proven ability to build relationships and persuade key decision‑makers.
• Strong business acumen and a passion for sales.
