Sales Representative

About the role

The Sales Representative will drive revenue by promoting and selling land investment opportunities. You will engage prospective customers through multiple channels, deliver compelling presentations, and manage the full sales cycle to close transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Execute approved sales plans to attract new customers.
• Communicate with customers via phone, digital platforms, and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Deliver professional presentations highlighting investment advantages.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth transaction closures.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints, providing effective solutions.
• Prepare periodic sales performance reports for the Sales and Marketing Manager.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document feedback.
• Monitor competitors’ offerings, pricing, and market trends, offering recommendations.
• Collaborate with Marketing on promotional campaigns supporting sales objectives.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
• FAL License – Real estate brokerage.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in real estate sales.
