About the role

The Beauty Artist role at Red Cactus combines customer service excellence with artistic flair, creating an inviting and educational shopping experience while supporting store financial goals and daily operations.

Key responsibilities

Deliver full Red Cactus customer service, product knowledge, and personalized beauty solutions.
Maintain visual displays, merchandising standards, and ensure the shop floor is consistently replenished.
Process transactions accurately using the POS system and adhere to company policies.
Participate in training, visual merchandising, stock takes, and uphold professional appearance standards.

Required profile

Minimum 2 years of retail and customer‑facing sales experience.
Strong communication, organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, build relationships and maintain flexible availability.
Make‑up artistry experience is a plus.

Required skills

Proficient use of POS systems for transaction processing.
Make‑up application techniques.
