Sales Representative (Level VI) – Jeddah

About the role

FAHSS WLL Co. Ltd. is seeking a Representative VI, Sales to join its Jeddah team. You will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with clients and partners, and close profitable deals across a range of technical services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research, prospecting, cold calling and networking to generate new business leads.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, consultants, EPC contractors, subcontractors and other project stakeholders.
• Assess customer needs, monitor competitor activity, track pricing trends and provide market intelligence.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations and tender submissions, ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Support the full sales cycle from lead generation to order confirmation, including negotiations and achieving sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, quotations and opportunities using company CRM tools.
• Coordinate with operations, finance and project teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with customer retention, cross‑selling and upselling, and support debt collection efforts.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field with at least 2 years of experience, OR a Diploma with 8 years of experience.
• Strong B2B sales and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.
