Sales Service Engineer – HVAC After‑Sales

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Service Engineer to join our After‑Sales team. The role focuses on warranty handling, troubleshooting, and customer support for HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle warranty and service complaints, meeting defined KPIs.
• Troubleshoot HVAC equipment such as chillers, AHUs, DX systems, and package units.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis of failures and prepare detailed service reports.
• Support retrofit, repair, and maintenance activities.
• Supervise on‑site technicians, ensuring safety and quality compliance.
• Provide technical feedback to engineering and quality teams.
• Assist in customer training and prepare technical documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or 5–7 years of HVAC service experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in installation, operation, maintenance, and service of HVAC systems.
• Preferred GCC experience in HVAC service, MEP, or facilities management.
• Strong troubleshooting, technical, and customer‑service abilities.
• Excellent communication in English; Arabic, Hindi or Urdu is a plus.
• Knowledge of mechanical/electrical controls (analog and micro‑processor based).
