Sales Specialist – Clinical Accessories & Consumables

About the role

The Sales Specialist will drive sustainable revenue growth for clinical accessories and consumables across the assigned Gulf territory. You will manage key hospital accounts, convert the installed base into recurring sales, protect market share and lead competitive displacement while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Own the annual revenue plan for clinical accessories, ensuring accurate monthly forecasts and quarterly landings.
• Convert existing installed base into recurring consumables revenue and protect it from third‑party substitution.
• Manage high‑frequency, high‑volume transactions such as framework agreements, call‑off orders, consignment and stock‑rotation arrangements.
• Collaborate daily with purchasing managers, biomedical engineers, materials management, nursing supervisors and ICU/OR/ER end users.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain on lead times, back‑orders and shelf‑life to maintain target fill rates.
• Drive competitive displacement through clinical value, compatibility and total cost of use arguments.
• Maintain CRM discipline, tender and pricing documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical/Medical Engineering, Nursing or Life Sciences.
• 8+ years of experience in medical device, accessories/consumables or pharmaceutical field sales within the Gulf.
• Minimum 1–2 years selling to Saudi private hospital groups.
• Proven track record managing key hospital accounts and achieving market‑share growth.
• Native or fully fluent Arabic and fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Valid KSA driving licence and willingness to travel across the region.

Required skills

• Strong CRM discipline using Salesforce, Oracle or equivalent systems.
• Advanced Excel reporting, pipeline management and forecast accuracy.
• Practical knowledge of supply‑chain processes: forecasting, call‑off/consignment stock, expiry and rotation control.
