Sales Specialist

About the role

The Sales Specialist will drive sales activities across assigned regions, focusing on medical and hospital furniture solutions. You will be responsible for delivering quality products and services while meeting sales and gross profit targets.

Key responsibilities

• Present and sell company products and services to existing and prospective clients in both local and remote areas.
• Build and maintain relationships with current and potential customers.
• Prepare and update status reports, including sales funnel, CRM data, and market information system (MIS) reports.
• Communicate new product opportunities, developments, and customer feedback to internal teams.
• Identify and resolve client concerns, coordinating with company staff to close sales.
• Monitor stock levels, achieve year‑to‑date targets, and update competition data files.
• Utilize Oracle Fusion for quotations, sales funnel management, stock monitoring, and data updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in medical technology, biomedical engineering, nursing, or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in OPD and hospital furniture sales.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Oracle Fusion applications.
• Experience using CRM systems for sales tracking.
