Sales Specialist

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site Sales Specialist role in Dammam focuses on driving sales for lighting and construction solutions within the general contracting sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities and build relationships with contractors, project managers and procurement teams.
• Prepare quotations and proposals, negotiate pricing and terms, and follow up on leads to close sales.
• Coordinate order processing and delivery schedules with internal teams and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Provide market trend insights and customer feedback to support business development.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities with a focus on building trust.
• Proven sales skills including lead generation, pipeline management and negotiation.
• Basic business and commercial awareness of pricing, margins and contract terms.
• Prior experience in construction, lighting solutions or related industries; valid driver’s licence and willingness to visit client sites.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for opportunity management and reporting.
• Competence in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
