Sales Specialist

About the role

A full-time Sales Specialist is sought to support the company's growth by identifying customer needs, promoting solutions and closing sales. The role covers client relationship management, meeting sales targets and representing the products and services professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and offer tailored product or service solutions
• Identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and leads
• Conduct product presentations and sales meetings, virtual or in person
• Maintain a strong knowledge of company products and services
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Prepare accurate sales reports and keep client records in the CRM
• Work with marketing and other internal teams on customer acquisition and retention

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
• Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles (B2B or B2C)
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• English and Arabic, spoken and written
• Industry experience is a plus
