Sales Specialist – Medical Devices

About the role

The Sales Specialist will lead all sales activities across the assigned region, ensuring high‑quality delivery of medical device products and services while meeting sales and gross‑profit targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell company medical devices and services to existing and prospective clients, including remote locations.
• Maintain and grow client relationships, identifying new business opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales reports, CRM updates, market information, and competitor analyses.
• Communicate new product offerings and field feedback to internal teams.
• Resolve customer issues promptly to sustain high satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet all requirements for closing sales.
• Monitor and achieve annual sales targets while managing product stock levels.
• Use JD Edwards for sales and inventory tracking, keeping data current.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in medical technology, biomedical engineering, nursing or a related field.
• 2–4 years of successful sales experience in medical devices, preferably surgical equipment, electrosurgery or operating‑room technologies.
• Hands‑on experience providing intra‑operative support, clinical demonstrations and troubleshooting in the OR.
• Strong technical understanding of surgical energy technologies and related instruments.
