Salesperson – Retail (Najran)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, customer‑focused Salesperson to join our retail team in Najran. You will be the front‑line representative of the store, driving sales, delivering excellent service, and supporting daily operations to meet revenue and satisfaction targets.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, identify needs, present products, and close sales.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets by increasing conversion rates and average transaction value.
• Provide outstanding service, handle inquiries, returns, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge, including promotions and new arrivals.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system and manage cash/e‑payments.
• Support merchandising, restock shelves, organize displays, and keep the sales floor clean.
• Assist with inventory tasks such as receiving shipments and stock counts.
• Participate in store meetings, training sessions, and promotional events.
• Follow company policies, loss‑prevention, health, and safety guidelines.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in sales or marketing is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of retail or customer‑facing sales experience (recent graduates with strong service skills are welcome).
• Legal authorization to work in Saudi Arabia.

• Basic numeracy and cash‑handling proficiency.
• Ability to operate POS systems and mobile devices for sales transactions.
• Team player, punctual, reliable attendance, and flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in Arabic; basic English is preferred.
