SAP Analytics Engineer

About the role

The SAP Analytics Engineer will work remotely for a leading global client, supporting their strategic initiatives through advanced data analytics. Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, you will translate business needs into scalable analytical solutions using SAP and modern cloud platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise‑grade analytical data models, semantic layers, and reporting datasets.
• Build and optimise data products that support business intelligence, operational reporting and advanced analytics.
• Integrate data from SAP ECC, SAP SuccessFactors and other sources into SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, governance and performance across the analytical ecosystem.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver trusted business insights.

Required profile

• 7–10+ years of experience in BI, analytics or data engineering.
• 4+ years working with SAP analytical platforms, including at least 3 years with SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Proven experience in SAP HANA data modelling and integration of SAP ECC and SuccessFactors data.
• Experience with Databricks or other modern cloud data platforms.
• Automotive industry experience is highly desirable.
• Relevant certifications in SQL, SAP Data Sphere, Databricks, Microsoft Azure or SAP Analytics Cloud are a plus.
