Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant

About the role

2P is seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant to lead and support end‑to‑end implementations, upgrades and rollouts of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions. You will work closely with business users and stakeholders to translate HR requirements into functional designs and ensure successful post‑go‑live adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle Oracle Fusion HCM projects, including upgrades and rollouts.
• Gather, analyse and document business requirements and convert them into functional designs.
• Configure core HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits.
• Prepare functional design documents, process flows, test scripts and user documentation.
• Drive UAT activities, support user sign‑off and manage deployment and go‑live readiness.
• Coordinate data migration, reporting, integrations and security setup with technical teams.
• Troubleshoot issues, provide post‑go‑live support and liaise with Oracle Support when needed.
• Deliver user training and ongoing support during production.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience implementing Oracle HCM solutions.
• Strong functional knowledge of one or more Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
• Understanding of HR business processes and regional labor practices.
• Proven experience working onsite with business users and implementation teams.
