SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect & Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect and Project Manager to lead multi‑module, global implementations. You will drive programmes from initiation through go‑live and hyper‑care, ensuring seamless integration with existing HR and finance landscapes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end SuccessFactors programmes across 5+ countries, managing budgets over $5M and teams of 30+ resources.
• Oversee functional design, configuration workbooks, and solution documentation for Employee Central, Payroll, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, and Succession.
• Define and govern integration architecture using SAP Integration Suite, OData, SFAPI and middleware platforms.
• Facilitate executive workshops, governance forums and stakeholder communications across cultures and time zones.
• Ensure compliance with cloud security, SSO (SAML/OAuth) and data‑privacy regulations (GDPR, PDPA, LGPD).

Required profile

• 12+ years in HR technology or ERP delivery, with at least 8 years focused on SAP SuccessFactors.
• Proven experience delivering global, multi‑geography rollouts with complex localisation.
• Strong command of PMP, PRINCE2 and SAFe Agile methodologies, blending waterfall and agile as needed.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for CHROs, CFOs and regional HR leaders.
