About the role

Four, an international independent agency, is hiring across several client‑services levels in Riyadh. The openings span Senior Account Executive, Account Manager, Senior Account Manager and Account Director, offering a clear path for growth within a full‑service creative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, responding promptly and professionally.
• Manage day‑to‑day workflow, keeping projects on track, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Contribute to meeting agendas, status updates, reporting and client communications.
• Collaborate with cross‑disciplinary teams to deliver integrated work, ensuring the right people are involved at the right time.
• Identify and resolve issues early, using initiative and sound judgement.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Arabic language capability is an advantage.
• Strong organisational ability, attention to detail and capacity to juggle multiple priorities.
• Commercial awareness and a practical approach to delivering high‑quality work.
• Proactive attitude – you spot problems, propose solutions and keep momentum.
• Confidence working in a team, collaborating across disciplines and building relationships.
• Solid IT proficiency.
