SCCM Administrator

About the role

The IT End User Services – Technical Services department is seeking an experienced SCCM Administrator to manage, support, and optimize large‑scale SCCM environments. The role requires strong hands‑on experience with enterprise‑level deployments and global user support.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support SCCM 2007, 2012, and Current Branch across up to 200,000 clients and 20,000 servers.
• Install and configure CAS, Primary, and Secondary Sites and manage collections, packages, programs, and advertisements.
• Troubleshoot distribution point and client‑side issues related to software deployments.
• Perform monthly patching for more than 20,000 enterprise servers.
• Execute SCCM migrations (2007→2012, 2012→Current Branch) and OS migrations to Windows 10.
• Manage System Center Endpoint Protection, Windows Defender, and integrate SCCM with Active Directory, Exchange, VMware, Citrix, and SCOM.
• Support and maintain Microsoft Intune and handle incident, request, and change management activities.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in SCCM administration within large enterprise environments.
• Experience working in ITIL‑based service management environments.
• Strong communication skills to interact with global stakeholders and end users.
