IT Global Service Center Representative

About the role

T is hiring an IT Global Service Center Representative in Jubail, Saudi Arabia, working in person. The role covers the full software development lifecycle, building and maintaining Windows and web applications with C#.NET and ASP.NET, writing SQL queries and supporting testing. The monthly salary package is 8,000 SAR.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Windows and web applications using C#.NET and ASP.NET
• Create and run unit tests and help testing teams resolve defects
• Prepare test and evaluation plans, procedures and analysis for new software components
• Apply secure coding practices across the development lifecycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and compliance with standards
• Take part in all phases of the SDLC
• Write and optimise SQL queries, stored procedures and triggers
• Troubleshoot and debug application issues
• Help improve development and testing processes

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field
• 1-5 years of experience; 3-6 years preferred in application development projects
• English (Arabic preferred)
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines with minimal supervision and work well in a team

Required skills

• C#.NET and ASP.NET (including ASP.NET Web Forms)
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, AngularJS, AJAX, Web Services, WCF
• SQL Server 2012 (DDL, DML, procedures, functions, triggers)
• Desired: ASP.NET MVC, WCF/WPF, WebAPI, Xamarin for Android/iOS, SharePoint Server, MS Project Server, SSAS and SSRS
