Security Guard

About the role

Agility Logistics Parks is hiring a full-time Security Guard in Riyadh. The post covers access control, gate operations, logbook maintenance and monitoring of the site's video surveillance system.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the entry and exit of vehicles, visitors and other individuals, and keep a daily record in the security logbook.
• Issue gate passes for all items and stock leaving the site, and follow precautionary measures regarding the coronavirus pandemic.
• Identify vehicles on the allow list and open the barrier gate; monitor inward and outward traffic so it flows smoothly.
• Check CCTV and alarm systems regularly and report faults to the supervisor.
• Review video surveillance footage when necessary and respond to alarms and security calls.
• Contact supervisors and the relevant authorities (police, civil defense) in emergencies such as theft or fire, and handle situations until help arrives.
• Provide assistance and support to visitors and employees at the gates.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• At least one year of related experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and persuasion skills, able to deal with people of different backgrounds and temperaments.
• Good written and spoken Arabic and English.
