OT Security Consultant

About the role

Support the delivery of OT Cybersecurity engagements across consulting, engineering, architecture, design, and implementation. The role blends advisory expertise with hands‑on technical delivery for clients in critical infrastructure sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct OT cybersecurity maturity assessments, gap analyses, risk assessments and security reviews.
• Design and engineer OT security architectures, network designs, security controls and implementation roadmaps.
• Assist in configuring and optimizing OT security technologies such as network segmentation, firewalls, secure remote access, asset visibility and vulnerability management.
• Collaborate with OT, IT, engineering and vendor teams to translate business requirements into secure, scalable solutions.

Required profile

• 4‑8 years of cybersecurity experience with substantial exposure to OT/ICS environments.
• Proven experience delivering OT cybersecurity consulting, engineering, design and implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of OT/ICS architectures, industrial protocols and control systems.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., GICSP, ISA/IEC 62443, CISSP, CISM) are advantageous.

Required skills

• OT cybersecurity standards and frameworks: IEC 62443, NIST, NERC CIP, ISO 27001/27019.
• Network segmentation, firewalls, secure remote access, asset visibility, monitoring and vulnerability management.
• Development of High‑Level Designs (HLDs), Low‑Level Designs (LLDs) and technical specifications.
• Experience working with OT OEMs, system integrators and industrial technology vendors.
