Senior Account Manager – Amazon Payment Services

About the role

We are seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial, and analytical Senior Account Manager to lead relationships with key merchants for Amazon Payment Services. You will act as the primary liaison between external partners and internal teams, driving growth and ensuring exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with external merchants and partners.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities to improve merchant onboarding, growth, and management processes.
• Represent merchant interests to senior leadership and influence product and service enhancements.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with business, operations, marketing, product, and technology teams.
• Develop scalable processes, project plans, and schedules to support merchant success.

• Proven experience building and growing relationships with internal and external partners.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with senior leadership.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and analytical problem‑solving.
• Attention to detail, effective communication, and ability to manage projects and processes.
