Sales Officer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Officer to join our dynamic sales team. In this role you will drive new business acquisition, nurture client relationships, and help the company meet its revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily sales activities and work toward assigned sales targets.
• Identify and generate new sales leads and business opportunities.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Follow up on leads from initial contact through successful closing.
• Conduct negotiations and close deals.
• Manage and track opportunities using CRM systems.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date sales pipeline and customer information.
• Achieve key sales KPIs and monitor conversion rates.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal execution.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities and results.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, preferably B2B.
• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Good understanding of sales processes, pipelines and KPIs.
• Ability to work toward targets and meet deadlines.
• Problem‑solving mindset.
• Experience in technology, software or SaaS sales is strongly preferred.
