Senior Accountant – Group Finance (YRG)

About the role

The Senior Accountant will lead group‑level accounting, financial reporting and consolidation for the Yousef Alrajhi Group, ensuring accurate records across multiple subsidiaries and supporting senior management decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounting activities for all group entities and maintain timely financial records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in line with applicable standards.
• Execute group consolidation, intercompany reconciliations and elimination entries.
• Analyse financial performance, highlight variances and provide insights to management.
• Produce management reports, dashboards and presentations for senior leadership.
• Coordinate with subsidiary finance teams on policies, reporting timelines and budgeting.
• Liaise with external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes and timely closure.
• Ensure compliance with ZATCA requirements, statutory regulations and internal controls.
• Support continuous improvement of financial processes and reporting quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 6–10+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a multi‑entity environment.
• Strong background in financial reporting, consolidation and management reporting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for non‑finance stakeholders.
• Prior experience in Saudi Arabia and knowledge of local regulations is a plus.
