Senior Accountant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to lead the day‑to‑day accounting operations of our Riyadh office. The role oversees the complete accounting cycle, ensures compliance with Saudi regulations, and provides critical financial insights to support management decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and month‑end closing.
• Prepare accurate financial statements and finalize the full accounting cycle.
• Produce Management Information System (MIS) reports to aid strategic decision‑making.
• Handle ZATCA compliance, including VAT returns, corporate tax, and Zakat calculations and filings.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Support project budgeting, cash‑flow management, and financial reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CMA, or equivalent is preferred.
• 5–8+ years of accounting experience with strong knowledge of Saudi accounting standards and ZATCA regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high accuracy.

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
