Senior Advisor, HRIS

About the role

The Senior Advisor, HRIS will lead the improvement, support and maintenance of SASREF's Human Resources systems, including SAP Fiori, HCM and SuccessFactors. Acting as the primary point of contact for functional and technical issues, you will ensure data integrity, troubleshoot problems, and drive process‑improvement initiatives across the HR department.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support for SAP HR modules, resolving functional and technical issues.
• Manage system changes, including change requests, releases, functional specifications and testing.
• Partner with HR and other stakeholders to analyse and redesign work processes, enhancing automation and efficiency.
• Deliver end‑user training, develop user guides and present new functionalities.
• Generate reports and queries using appropriate reporting tools to meet business requirements.
• Maintain data quality through cleansing, authorization management and process monitoring while ensuring confidentiality.
• Lead, coach and develop the assigned HRIS team to achieve business objectives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems or a related field, preferably with an HR focus.
• Relevant certifications in SAP HCM, SuccessFactors and Project Management.
• Proven experience in HRIS environments, with a senior‑level understanding of SAP HR solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
