Senior Airport Service Agent (Jeddah)

About the role

The Senior Airport Service Agent ensures high‑quality service across all passenger touchpoints at Jeddah Airport, including check‑in, boarding, lounge, baggage and special services. You will lead a team to meet Emirates’ standards while maintaining safety, security and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Provide premium customer service at check‑in, boarding, arrivals, lounge and ramp operations.
• Follow internal boarding procedures, manage announcements, hand‑baggage removal and staff briefings.
• Supervise catering, cleaning and maintenance providers to uphold service standards.
• Assist operational staff as directed by the shift‑in‑charge or Airport Services Manager.
• Guide team members to ensure safe, on‑time departures of Emirates flights.
• Liaise with the Emirates Chauffeur service to coordinate arrivals and departures for eligible passengers.
• Prepare accurate reports on passenger trends, meal wastage, stock control and invoice confirmation.
• Control expenditure on food, beverages and consumables to minimise waste.

Required profile

• Proven experience in airport ground handling or airline customer service.
• Strong knowledge of commercial, safety and security policies.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate with external service providers.
• Excellent attention to detail for reporting and stock management.
