Senior Applications Specialist

About the role

Dallah Hospital is looking for an experienced Senior Applications Specialist to join its Information Technology team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The role supports and maintains healthcare information systems, troubleshoots technical issues, coordinates system integrations and ensures the reliable performance of hospital applications. The position is full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support and application management for healthcare information systems.
• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate resolutions with relevant technical teams.
• Support hospital platforms such as EMR, HIS, ERP, LIS, RIS and PACS.
• Assist with system integrations and keep application performance reliable.
• Monitor application incidents and manage service requests using IT service management tools.
• Ensure healthcare applications comply with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
• Work with clinical and administrative departments to improve system efficiency and user experience.
• Analyze recurring technical issues and support continuous improvement of healthcare IT services.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 4-6 years of IT application support experience in a healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with MOH, CBAHI and JCI requirements.
• Good communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of EMR, HIS, ERP, LIS, RIS and PACS platforms, including troubleshooting and integration.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira or similar service management platforms.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving and technical support skills.

Salary is estimated at SAR 12,000 to SAR 18,000 per month. Applications close on 31 October 2026.
