Senior Architect – Design/Technical

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Architect to lead design and technical coordination for complex projects in Riyadh. The role involves close collaboration with consultants, internal project teams and clients to ensure code compliance and innovative design solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate design and technical matters with consultants and ensure compliance with Saudi building codes.
• Lead the preparation of concept, pre‑final and final construction documents using Revit.
• Maintain regular interfacing with internal and external project team members and record meeting minutes.
• Present design proposals to clients and internal review panels, incorporating feedback quickly.
• Research, benchmark and develop innovative design concepts for various building typologies.
• Oversee cost management and quality control throughout the design phase.
• Coordinate with engineers and other designers across disciplines to integrate architectural solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture.
• 8‑12+ years of professional experience, preferably in the GCC.
• Proficiency in 3D modelling tools such as Rhino and Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Building Codes and standards.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
