Senior Associate - Real Estate, Hospitality & Leisure (MENA)

About the role

PwC is hiring a Senior Associate for its Real Estate, Hospitality and Leisure team in Riyadh, within the Deals, Infrastructure and Government line of service. The team serves developers, private equity funds, REITs, government institutions and others in the MENA region, offering strategy, market assessments, feasibility studies, business planning, portfolio restructuring, financial modelling, commercial due diligence and operator search and selection.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of projects, sometimes several at once, and develop solutions and recommendations using stakeholder views and data.
• Develop a point of view on key global trends and their impact on clients, and build consensus among different viewpoints.
• Carry out development appraisals and financial analysis, and build real estate financial models for mixed-use developments with multiple asset classes and financing structures.
• Write reports covering analysis, findings and recommendations, and support complex projects so you can become a trusted advisor.
• Support business development, including pitches and proposals.
• Contribute to the wider business unit through knowledge sharing and training, uphold the code of ethics, and build collaborative relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a strategy or consulting firm, ideally in real estate, hospitality and leisure, private equity, investment funds, developers or similar.
• Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university with high scores; a master's degree or an RICS-accredited degree is a significant plus; RICS qualification preferred but not essential.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within the Middle East (up to 20%).
• Work visa sponsorship available.
