Senior Auditor – Business Audit

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Auditor to join our Internal Audit team in Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the Head of Audit, you will lead audit assignments, evaluate controls, and support compliance across Tabby’s business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute audit fieldwork independently for financial, operational, and compliance engagements.
• Perform walkthroughs and design test procedures to assess control design and operating effectiveness.
• Prepare high‑quality working papers, risk and control matrices, and audit conclusions.
• Identify control weaknesses, draft clear observations, and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead limited‑scope audits or discrete workstreams under supervision.
• Engage with process owners to clarify processes, validate findings, and gather evidence.
• Track corrective‑action status and perform follow‑up testing.
• Mentor and review work of junior auditors and interns on the same engagement.
• Contribute data and analysis for annual risk assessments of assigned business areas.
• Support advisory reviews of new products, processes, or policy changes from a controls perspective.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in internal or external auditing, risk management, or finance, preferably in banking, fintech, or corporate environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Progress toward CIA or CPA certification is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with audit working‑paper tools.
