Senior Business Development Executive

About the role

Marsh, the world’s leading insurance broker and risk adviser, is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to join its Sales Division in Riyadh. You will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and growing new client relationships within the region, leveraging Marsh’s partnership schemes and industry presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Represent Marsh at industry conferences and events to expand professional networks.
• Research market trends and design customer acquisition strategies.
• Develop, negotiate, and close sales proposals across Marsh’s full suite of insurance products.
• Prepare due‑diligence reports and presentations in response to client requests.
• Deliver presentations and provide guidance to senior‑level stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate client interaction records in the CRM system.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales performance targets.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong communication skills with a talent for building and closing relationships.
• Energetic, positive attitude and ability to perform well under pressure.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
