Senior Business Development Manager – BFSI & Banking Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a senior Business Development Manager to drive growth of banking and financial services solutions across Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on acquiring new BFSI clients, managing the full sales cycle, and expanding relationships with senior banking stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within banks, insurance companies, capital markets, treasury and payments ecosystems.
• Own the end‑to‑end sales process: prospecting, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation and deal closure.
• Build and maintain executive‑level relationships with CXOs and senior decision‑makers.
• Collaborate with internal solution, delivery and marketing teams to craft winning proposals and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitive landscape in the BFSI technology space.

Required profile

• 10–12 years of enterprise sales or business development experience in the BFSI sector.
• Proven track record of managing complex, high‑value sales cycles and closing large deals.
• Strong network within the Saudi BFSI ecosystem is highly preferred.
• Background in leading IT services, consulting or digital transformation firms.

Required skills

• Experience with banking platforms such as Temenos, FIS, Finastra, Oracle FLEXCUBE, Finacle, Mambu, Backbase.
