Senior Butler – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

The Senior Butler will deliver an unparalleled level of personalized service to VIP and long‑stay guests at Raffles The Red Sea. You will orchestrate every aspect of the guest journey, from pre‑arrival preparations to a memorable farewell, ensuring the brand’s legendary graciousness is consistently reflected.

Key responsibilities

• Greet VIP guests, conduct in‑suite check‑ins, and provide detailed suite orientations.
• Design and execute bespoke experiences such as private heritage walks, exclusive restaurant reservations, and high‑profile celebrations.
• Manage master valet services including packing, garment pressing, laundry valet, and shoe‑shining to luxury standards.
• Oversee in‑suite dining experiences, from afternoon tea to private meals, ensuring impeccable table presentation.
• Lead the daily butler team, allocate resources, and mentor junior staff to uphold the Raffles brand personality.
• Maintain comprehensive guest profiles, noting preferences and quirks to ensure seamless handovers between shifts.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in 5‑star or Forbes‑rated luxury hospitality, preferably in a butler or high‑end guest‑relations role.
• Diploma or degree in Tourism and Hotel Management or a related field.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Understanding of international luxury traveler expectations and local etiquette.
• Proactive, anticipatory mindset with strong ownership and accountability.

Required skills

• Opera PMS (property management system).
• Familiarity with task‑delegation platforms used in luxury hotel operations.
