Senior Construction Manager – Luxury Hospitality Projects

About the role

The Senior Construction Manager will lead on‑site execution of ultra‑luxury hospitality and residential projects in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. You will ensure that construction is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while coordinating closely with engineers, architects, and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and supervise all construction activities for high‑end hotel and residential projects.
• Monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and enforce safety and environmental regulations.
• Review and approve drawings, specifications, and work plans.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship and material quality.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to senior management.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, cost control, resource allocation and risk management.
• Implement corrective actions for delays, defects, or non‑compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering or construction management.
• 15+ years of experience managing luxury residential and hotel projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, industry standards and quality control.
• Proven leadership, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and team‑management skills.
